This is the most expensive part because it takes the longest and we produce 2 mockups and 3 revisions for each template. Although we offer standard websites, we highly recommmend custromers go with the content management system website. This allows you to edit your own website without any technical skill. |

How We Charge
Creating customized layout and graphics is a process that involves
a high amount of artistic ability and creativity. The amount of
time that it takes to design a new project can vary greatly depending
on the knowledge the designer has about your industry, available
resources, and even the creative mood of the designer.
Most Web Designers charge anywhere from $95 - $145/an
hour for HTML web design services. NorTex charges
by the page because:
- it takes the guess work out of the final cost of the project
- there are no surprises when you receive the final invoice.
- you pay a predefined amount regardless of the time the designer
spends on the project.
Unfortunately because advanced projects such as web
application development or flash design vary so much from
project to project, it is impossible for us to charge at a per
page rate. Many websites today contain pre-built
applications such as blogs, forums, and e-commerce systems.
We will integrate these products to match the template and theme
of your site at our hourly rate of $60.00 per hour.

Includes two template drafts and three revisions and three revisions to each page relating to
content. After approval of the template we will use it
for the rest of the site. If modifications need to be
made to the template after final approval, it will be billed
at the standard web design rate of $55 per hour.

Maintenance services apply to changes to your
existing design. Maintenance does not apply to redesigning
an entire page or site.
